Problem:
D150 doesn’t recognize French city names in Belgium (i.e. Liège for Luik). 

Solution:
Please download the ZIP file (D150v26.zip) 
Unzip the content and copy to the root of your SD card
Reset your d150 and insert SD card
Accept installation
 
To ensure a complete reset device, Acer recommends using a HARDRESET.
