read this carefully before you install:

1. Extract the EXE file
2. Run setup.exe in the extracted directory.
3. The setup will give you errors, choose Ignore for all of them.
4. Go into safe mode by pressing F8 when the computer starts, then choosing Safe Mode.
5. Copy kstvtuner.ax file to \windows\system32 overwriting the file 
     in the same name already there.
6. Restart regulary.
7. Run setup again, choose repair.
8. Enjoy TV in windows XP (with a voodoo 3500, hahahaha!),
     now you have both TV AND 3dfxTools.

now, who said voodoo was dead?

Tips:
you may have to down 1 mhz in all the channels to see the something,
it's a bug in win2k and winXP.
