NOTE. We recommend to the use the default multi-path function oft he built-in driver of Qlogic FC HBA, though Qlogic itself provides its own multi-path software (i.e., SANsurfer).
NOTE. Please disconnect all the storage when you configure the multi-path.

1.After OS installing completed, modify the /etc/module.conf as follows:

alias scsi_hostadapter3 qla2300
options scsi_mod max_scsi_luns=128

2.Rebuild the initial RAM disk and shutdown the system
# cd /boot
# mv initrd-2.4.21-15.ELsmp.img  initrd-2.4.21-15.ELsmp.img.org
# mkinitrd  initrd-2.4.21-15.ELsmp.img 2.4.21-15.Elsmp
# shutdown –h now

3.Connect the S205F to R710 and power on the system.
