From the task bar, click on Start -> Run. 2. In the Run dialog box, type X:\path\setup, where X:\path is the full path to the source files. 3. Click on the OK button or press the ENTER key. 4. Click on the Next and OK prompts as they appear. 5. Reboot the system to complete the driver installation. NOTE: Some versions of Windows 95 might make it difficult to adjust Microphone gain. Click on the "Advanced" button beneath the Mic volume slider, and then click on the "Mic 20dB Gain" checkbox to adjust the overall gain. Removal of Analog Devices SoundMAX Audio Driver 1. From the task bar, click on Start -> Settings -> Control Panel. 2. Double-click on the Add/Remove programs icon. 3. Double-click on "SoundMAX x86 VM General MIDI Server" uninstall. 4. Reboot the system to fully uninstall the drivers.
