The driver (ACC07D.SYS) contained in the directory WIN2000 is for
the following Accton PCI Ethernet adapter:

        Accton's EN1207D/EN2242A Series PCI Fast Ethernet Adapter

The driver (ACC07D.SYS) conforms to the Network Driver Interface
Specification (NDIS) 5.0, and is used with Microsoft Windows 2000.

(A) Installing the NDIS5 Miniport driver on Microsoft Windows 2000

    1. Plug Accton's EN1207D/EN2242A series adapter into one of the Master
       PCI slots of your PCI platform.
    2. Turn the power ON, then boot into Windows 2000.
    3. When Windows 2000 prompts with "Ethernet Controller" in
       "New Hardware Found" dialog box, click the "Next" button.
    4. Select "Search for the best driver for your device (Recommended)"
       form the "Add New Hardware Wizard" dialog box, then click the
       "Next" button.
    5. Insert the Accton EN1207D/EN2242A Series Driver Diskette in your
       floppy drive.
    6. Select "Specify a location" and type Path "A:\WIN2000" in the
       "Add New Hardware Wizard" dialog box, then click the "Next" button.
    7. Click the "Next" button in the "Add New Hardware Wizard" dialog box.
    8. Windows 2000 will prompt with "Accton EN1207D/EN2242A Series PCI Fast
       Ethernet Adapter" in the "Add New Hardware Wizard" dialog box.
    9. Click the "Next" button in the "Add New Hardware Wizard" dialog box,
       then Windows 2000 will copy the driver (ACC07D.SYS) from A:\WIN2000
       to the C:\WINNT\SYSTEM32\DRIVERS directory and the NETACC07.INF file
       from A:\WIN2000 to the C:\WINNT\INF directory.
   10. When Windows prompts with "Accton EN1207D/EN2242A Series PCI Fast
       Ethernet Adapter" in the "Add New Hardware Wizard" dialog box, click
       the "Finish" button.
   11. Remove the Accton EN1207D/EN2242A Series Driver Diskette from your
       floppy drive.
   12. Restart your computer to initialize the network function.

       NOTICE!! C:\WINNT is the directory where your Windows 2000
                O.S. is located.
