3.  to fix CPU temperature value showed different between IPMI sensor reading and BIOS hardware monitor
4. to fix CPU temperature sensor reading would not increment beyond 35 degree.

Update Sequence:
BIOS => BMC => SDR => FRU
You need to unplug AC to reset the system after you updating BMC, SDR and FRU.
