Pre-Production units come with Bios v.24. 

-------------Software Installation and Uninstallation-------------
Pre-requisite:  Unzip downloaded package to a folder on the drive

-------------Driver installation steps-------------
	
	1. Find the .msi installer file in the unzipped folder
	2. Right click IntelWatchdogTimer.msi and select Install
	3. Check box I accept the terms and click install
	4. UAC Prompt Select YES
	5. Completed click Finish
	6. Driver prompts to reboot the system 

	--To verify successful driver install
	1. Go into windows Device Manager->View->Show hidden devices. 
	Select System Devices and find Intel(R) Watchdog Timer Driver Utility (Intel(R) WDT)
    	2. Navigate to C:\Windows\DPINST.LOG and verify that the driver is successfully installed

-------------Application installation steps-------------
	
	1. Right Click Add-AppDevPackage.ps1
	2. Select Run with PowerShell
	3. If prompted for Execution Policy Setting – Select [A] Yes to All and press enter
	4. Press Enter in the Power Shell Window 
	5. UAC Prompt Select YES 
	6. Enable Developer Mode
 	7. Developer Mode Enabled Window appears
	8. Developer Mode Enabled Messages - Ignore error if not on a network
		8.1 Developer Mode - Scroll down then File Explorer defaults click Apply and Remote Desktop defaults click Apply
		8.2 Developer Mode - Remote Desktop Confirm
		8.3 Developer Mode - Scroll down then PowerShell defaults click Apply
	9. click [Y] Yes in "Are you sure you wish to continue window"
	10. Deployment operation progress - Installing app
	11. Success Your app was successfully installed. Press Enter to continue

-------------Application uninstallation steps-------------	

	1. Navigate to Windows startUp Menu
    	2. Right Click on the UI Icon
    	3. Choose Uninstall

-------------Driver uninstallation steps-------------	

	MSI uninstall
	1. Navigate to download folder where the package is unzipped.
	2. Find .msi installer and right click or double click and choose uninstall

	Manual uninstall
        1. Navigate to device manager
        2. Go to view
        3. Choose Show hidden devices
        4. Scroll down to System device
        5. Right click on Intel(R) Watchdog Timer Driver Utility (Intel(R) WDT)
        6. Choose uninstall
	7. Reboot prompted by Windows

-------------Application Log files-------------
  	Navigate to C:\Intel\Intel WatchDogTimer Utility\WatchDogTimerLog.txt

-------------Beta Release Known issues-------------
	1. Inbox Windows 10 19H1 UWP Apps security prevents 3rd party application monitoring
	2. MSI installer does not currently uninstall WDT driver, only manual uninstall supported
	3. Restart counter fails intermittently if value is set higher than 3
